White Chocolate Tiramisu Trifle

Ingredients:

  • Sponge fingers 12-15
  • Cream cheese 4 ounce
  • Curd cheese 4 ounce
  • Icing sugar 1 ounce
  • White chocolate chips 1/2 cup

  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Whipped cream 1-1/2 cup

Ingredients for Lemon curd:

  • Water 1 cup
  • Vanilla custard powder 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 ounce
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Yellow colour few drops
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Butter 1 tsp

Culinary Process:

Mix cream cheese, curd cheese, icing sugar and whipped cream. Cream mixture is ready.

Lemon curd:

In a pan add water, corn flour, custard and sugar, cook until nice and thick. Turn the gas off. Then add egg yolk, yellow colour, lemon juice and butter, mix them well. leave it to cool down.

Assembling Trifle:

Moist sponge fingers layer with coffee mixture.

Start layering.

Spread sponge fingers, then cream mixture and then lemon curd. Repeat the layers.

Trifle is ready.
