Potato wedges

Ingredients:

3 large potatoes, cut into cubes
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Place potatoes and onion on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

4. Sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper over the potatoes and onions.

5. Toss to combine.

6. Spread the potatoes and onion in a single layer.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are golden brown and crisp.

8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley over the potatoes and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

9. Serve warm. Enjoy!
