Pistachio Bonbon

Ingredients for sponge:

  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 100 g
  • Milk 32 g
  • Yogurt 32 g
  • Oil 64 g
  • Flour 900 g
  • Cocoa 15 g
  • Baking powder 4 g
  • Baking soda 2 g
  • Hot water 64 g
  • Pistachios 100 g

For Toppings:

  • White Chocolate 200 g
  • Pistachio nuts as required.

Culinary Process:

  • Mix egg, sugar, milk, yogurt, oil, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and hot water.
  • Bake on 160 degrees. Set aside to cool.
  • Add small pieces of pistachio and mix.
  • If not much sticky add some chocolate melted chocolate.
  • Make balls and set aside.
  • Melt white chocolate and cover the balls.
  • Garnish with pistachio nuts.
