Pan Cake

Ingredients:

-1 cup all-purpose flour

-2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt, optional

1 cup milk

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 egg

Instructions:

1. Take a large bowl, and mix together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.

2., Whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and egg, in a separate bowl.

3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix to combine.

4. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and grease with butter or oil.

5. Scoop about 1/4 cup of mixture onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the edges start to look dry and bubbles form on the surface.

6. Serve with butter and syrup and enjoy!
