Ingredients:
- Mutton 750g
- 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp Roasted poppy seeds (roasted khus khus)
- 1 tbsp Roasted peanuts
- 3 Green cardamom
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Green cardamon
- 1 Small onion boiled
- 1 tbsp roasted and ground cumin
- 2 tbsp roasted and ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1/2 cup green coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup Brown onion
- 3 tbsp Tamarind pulp
- 1/2 cup oil
- Green chillies for garnishing
Culinary Process:
Add all the ingredients in mutton and marinate for couple of hours.
Add oil in a pan, add mutton to it and cook on high flame for 5-10 minutes.
Then cook on low flame for 1 hour until mutton is nice and soft and oil separates.
Garnish with green chillies and green coriander.
Serve with naan or rice.
