Mutton Roghani Masala

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 750g
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Roasted poppy seeds (roasted khus khus)
  • 1 tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • 3 Green cardamom
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Green cardamon
  • 1 Small onion boiled
  • 1 tbsp roasted and ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp roasted and ground coriander
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup green coriander leaves
  • 1/2 cup Brown onion
  • 3 tbsp Tamarind pulp
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Green chillies for garnishing

Culinary Process:

Add all the ingredients in mutton and marinate for couple of hours.

Add oil in a pan, add mutton to it and cook on high flame for 5-10 minutes.

Then cook on low flame for 1 hour until mutton is nice and soft and oil separates.

Garnish with green chillies and green coriander.

Serve with naan or rice.
