Ingredients:
- 500g boneless Mutton
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
- 2 Medium size onions
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Water
- 2-3 Cardamom
- 1 medium cinnamon stick
- 6-7 Black Peppers
- 5-6 Cloves
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 13 cashew nuts paste
- 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
- 1 tsp White chilli
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek (kasuri meethi)
- 1/4 Garam masala
- 4 tbsp Cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
Culinary Process:
Yogurt mixture:
Mix yogurt, cashew paste and green chilli paste to make a mixture.
Mutton:
- Add oil in a pressure cooker. Add cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves bay leaf and fry.
- Then add onions and fry for a minute. Then add mutton.
- Now Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add water and mix well.
- Now cover it and cook it in pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes.
- Open the pressure cooker and fry for couple of minutes. So all the water is dry.
- When oil starts to seperate from gravy, add yogurt mixture and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Now add white chilli, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, fenugreek and 1/2 tsp salt.
- Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on low medium flame.
- Now add garam masala powder.
- Now add cream and mix well.
- Add green coriander and serve.
