Mix yogurt, cashew paste and green chilli paste to make a mixture.

  • Add oil in a pressure cooker. Add cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves bay leaf and fry.
  • Then add onions and fry for a minute. Then add mutton.
  • Now Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add water and mix well.
  • Now cover it and cook it in pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes.
  • Open the pressure cooker and fry for couple of minutes. So all the water is dry.
  • When oil starts to seperate from gravy, add yogurt mixture and stir well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add white chilli, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, fenugreek and 1/2 tsp salt.
  • Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes on low medium flame.
  • Now add garam masala powder.
  • Now add cream and mix well.
  • Add green coriander and serve.
