Ingredients:
- Butter 6 tbsp
- Sweet Corn 3 Cups
- Cream 1
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 Large
- Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
- Crushed Cumin 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri mirch paste4 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 3 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock 2 litre
- Flour 3 tbsp
Culinary Process:
- Add butter in a pan, saute onion and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add sweet corn, chicken stock, chilli powder, kashmiri mirch, lemon juice, coriander powder and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Lastly, add cream and black pepper and grind and serve.
