Manchow Soup

Ingredients:

  • Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Green onion 1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Boiled clarified mince 1 cup
  • Finely chopped cabbage 1 cup
  • Corn flour 4 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ground red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Culinary Process:

Fry ginger garlic paste in worm oil.

Add all vegetables and boiled mince and fry for 2 minutes.

Then add 4 cups of water.

Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, red chili and cook for 2 minutes.

Add corn flour slurry and cook to make it thick.

Turn off the heat. Garnish with green onions.

Serve.
