Hyderabadi Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cloves 4
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ginger, Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Green chillies 50 g
  • Rice 1 kg
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cp

Culinary Process:

  • Add all garam masala ingredients in worm oil until it starts smelling, add ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Add chicken and fry it until its golden.
  • Add yogurt, green chillies and fried onion and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add 2 glasses of water and let it boil until chicken is tender.
  • Add rice and let the water dry. Cover the rice for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with green chutney or yogurt.
