Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Small cardamom 6
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Bay leaves 2
- Cloves 4
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Ginger, Garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Fried onion 1 cup
- Green chillies 50 g
- Rice 1 kg
- Salt 2 tsp
- Mint 1 bunch
- Oil 1 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cp
Culinary Process:
- Add all garam masala ingredients in worm oil until it starts smelling, add ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Add chicken and fry it until its golden.
- Add yogurt, green chillies and fried onion and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Add 2 glasses of water and let it boil until chicken is tender.
- Add rice and let the water dry. Cover the rice for 15 minutes.
- Serve with green chutney or yogurt.
