Ingredients:
- Fish boneless 1/2 kg
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Potato boiled and grated 2 large
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Garam masala 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 1 large
- Green chilies chopped 6-8
- Coriander chopped 1/2 cup
- Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Culinary Process:
- Add fish, garlic, turmeric, salt and 1 cup of water in a pan and cook on high flame for 5 minutes and let the water dry. Let it cool down.
- Now mix all the ingredients except oil and make round ( any shape) kebabs.
- Fry in oil for 4 minutes on medium heat.
- Serve with sauce.
