Fish Kebab

Ingredients:

  • Fish boneless 1/2 kg
  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Potato boiled and grated 2 large
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1 large
  • Green chilies chopped 6-8
  • Coriander chopped 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Culinary Process:

  • Add fish, garlic, turmeric, salt and 1 cup of water in a pan and cook on high flame for 5 minutes and let the water dry. Let it cool down.
  • Now mix all the ingredients except oil and make round ( any shape) kebabs.
  • Fry in oil for 4 minutes on medium heat.
  • Serve with sauce.
