- Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum 1+1+1 cup cut in cubes
- Green Chilies slit 4
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise for topping
- Bottle cream cheese for topping
- Boiled eggs chopped for serving
- French fries for serving
- Boiled rice for serving
Culinary Process:
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, curd and all spice. Let it rest for half an hour.
Deep fry chicken in oil.
Sauce: Fry curry leaves in 2 tbsp of oil. Then add onion, red, green and yellow capsicum. Then add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp crushed red chilies, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2 green chilies slit, soya sauce, vinegar, mix well.
Then add chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mix well.
Serve with rice and fries.
