Delicious chicken meal served with fries and rice on a ceramic plate.

Dum Chicken Sizzler

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Hung Curd 1/2 cup
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 10
  • Onion cubes 1
  • Red, Yellow and Green Capsicum 1+1+1 cup cut in cubes
  • Green Chilies slit 4
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise for topping
  • Bottle cream cheese for topping
  • Boiled eggs chopped for serving
  • French fries for serving
  • Boiled rice for serving

Culinary Process:

Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, curd and all spice. Let it rest for half an hour.

Deep fry chicken in oil.

Sauce: Fry curry leaves in 2 tbsp of oil. Then add onion, red, green and yellow capsicum. Then add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp crushed red chilies, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 2 green chilies slit, soya sauce, vinegar, mix well.

Then add chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mix well.

Serve with rice and fries.
