“Culinary Symphony: Crafting the Ultimate Grilled Chicken Platter Extravaganza”

Ingredients:

For the Grilled Chicken:

  • 7.5 g Chicken mince
  • 1 large onion
  • 4/5 garlic cloves
  • 1 ginger piece
  • 2 tbs fresh coriander
  • 2 tbs fresh mint
  • 1 bread slice

Chop everything well in chopper and add the following ingredients.

Add:

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder

Mix well with hands. Keep for 30 min and then shape into medium size kebabs.

Then add 2-3 tbsp oil in pan/grill and cook kebabs on low to medium heat flame. Till soft juicy and golden.

For Saute Veggie:

  • 1 potato (hard boiled)
  • 1 cup capsicum
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oil

Saute in pan or grill till crispy and golden.

Combine kebabs and veggies in same pan and add lemon juice.

Toss well smoke with burnt charcoal.

Most tender and juicy kebabs are ready to enjoy.
