Ingredients
1/2 kg prawns
1 tsp ginger garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp kashmir red chilli powder
1 tsp oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups fresh tomato pureed
1 tsp cuim powder
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp coriander powder
Cream as required
Oil for frying
Instructions
Marinate prawns in salt, red chilli powder, and ginger garlic paste.
Cook them in a pan with oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now, fry onions until light brown, then add tomato puree and all spices and cook to make a nice gravy.
Then add cream and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cooked prawns and mix them well.
Prawns are ready.
