Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka piece 4
  • Oil as needed
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chillies 6
  • Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Carom seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp

Culinary Process:

  • Make cuts on chicken pieces. Fry in oil for 2 minutes.
  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
  • Put them in the oven on 180 degree centigrade for half an hour.
  • Serve with white rice.
