Ingredients:
- Chicken tikka piece 4
- Oil as needed
- Coriander 1 bunch
- Green chillies 6
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Culinary Process:
- Make cuts on chicken pieces. Fry in oil for 2 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour.
- Put them in the oven on 180 degree centigrade for half an hour.
- Serve with white rice.
