Chicken preparation
2 chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 red chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon chilli sauce
1/4 teaspoon soya sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon of butter
Marinate the chicken for at least 4 hours or overnight would be better.
Grilling the chicken
Grill 10 minutes on each side on medium low flame.
Vegetable preparation
2 carrots chopped
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup sweet corns
1 pepper chopped
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Fry all vegetables in butter for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add black pepper and salt and let simmer for another 4 minutes.
White sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons plain flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1 teaspoon barbecue sauce
Add butter in a pan and cook plain flour until it gives a nice smell. Then add milk and cook for 3 minutes. Then add salt,red chilli flakes, black pepper, and barbecue sauce. Mix well. Now add cheddar cheese and mix well.
Serve steaks and vegetables in a platter with white sauce and enjoy.
