Ingredients:
- Chicken legs (boneless) 6 pieces
- Potatoes (thin sliced) 2 large
- tomatoes (thin sliced) 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
- Pita bread 4
Culinary Process:
Marinate chicken in garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, potato and oil.
Set chicken and potato in a baking tray and bake on 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Then add tomato and cheese and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with pita bread.
