Ingredients:
- Boiled chanay 1 cup
- Potato 1
- Curry leaves 20
- Oil 1/2 Cup
- Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
- Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp
- Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Noodles 1 cup
Culinary Process:
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, thai red curry paste and half cup of water, saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chanay, potatoes, sweet chili sauce, tamarind paste, salt and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Plate it and garnish with green coriander, green chili and noodles. Serve.
