Chana Chaat with a Twist

Ingredients:

  • Boiled chanay 1 cup
  • Potato 1
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Oil 1/2 Cup
  • Thai red curry paste 2 tbsp
  • Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tamarind paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Noodles 1 cup

Culinary Process:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, thai red curry paste and half cup of water, saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add chanay, potatoes, sweet chili sauce, tamarind paste, salt and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
  • Plate it and garnish with green coriander, green chili and noodles. Serve.
