Ingredients:
- Beef boneless leg cubes 1 kg
- Nihari masala 1 packet
- 2 Large onion sliced
- Garlic sliced 2 tbsp
- Ginger sliced 2 tbsp
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Crushed coriander 5 tbsp
- Gram flour 4 tbsp
- Ginger Sliced 5 tbsp
- 4 Lemon wedges
- 1 cup Oil
Culinary Process:
- Fry onions in oil and set aside.
- Fry ginger garlic for 2 minutes and add beef and nihari masala and fry for 2 more minutes. Then add 1 litre of water and boil.
- Mix gram flour and flour and add in 2 cups of water. Mix well, to make slurry.
- Add slurry in nihari. Mix well.
- Add fried onion. Cook for 10 minutes and nihari is ready.
- Garnish with ginger and lemon.
